Please read the full Terms and Conditions below carefully. By becoming a Member of the Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not join. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Members can earn points on the amounts they spend on qualifying products and services at Salon Lisa Brown Salon Spas, excluding amounts paid for taxes, shipping, tips, or gift cards.
Salon Lisa Brown reserves the right to modify or terminate the Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program at any time, including changing or terminating the number and type of benefits offered to members of Salon Lisa Brown Rewards in its sole discretion at any time.
Notice About Dispute Resolution: These Terms & Conditions contain provisions on binding arbitration of disputes on an individual basis which will be binding on you unless you opt out as described in the Arbitration Section V below.
1. Free Enrollment
No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program. The Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
You must be age 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to be become a member. Salon Lisa Brown employees are not eligible. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
3. Opening an Account
In Salon: A Guest Service Representative can help you register to SalonLisaBrown.com, both in salon and during reservations via the phone. The Guest Service Representative will register a valid email and provide you with a temporary password. At this time, visit www.SalonLisa Brown.com, Click my account, sign in with the valid email and temporary password provided by our Guest Service Representative, you can change your password in the my account window, click the SLB icon, finalize enrollment by agreeing to terms & conditions and submitting your birthday.
Online: To become a member of Salon Lisa Brown Rewards, visit www.SalonLisaBrown.com. In order to enroll, you must first have a valid email registered to SalonLisaBrown.com. Click my account, create or sign in with a valid email and password, click the SLB icon, finalize enrollment by agreeing to terms & conditions and submitting your birthday. If you already have a username that is not using an email, please contact rewards[at]SalonLisaBrown.com to assist.
Program accounts are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. Salon Lisa Brown is not responsible for use of a Member’s account or redemption of a Member’s points. It is the Members’ responsibility to manage unauthorized use or redemption points by family or friends or other individuals who might have access to the Member’s account. In the event the Member’s account is stolen and the account is used, or the points are redeemed, the Member must inform Salon Lisa Brown and the account will go under investigation to determine what remedy, if any, may be available.
5. Member Cancelation
You may cancel your Salon Lisa Brown Rewards membership at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
The first tier (Enhanced) is achieved upon enrollment in Salon Lisa Brown Rewards. As an Enhanced member, the guest earns (1) point for every full $1.00 spent on eligible products and services.
Enhanced Benefits. Enhanced Members enjoy a welcome reward, birthday gift, periodic surprises and the ability to earn additional bonus points. All benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer along with these Terms and Conditions.
The second tier (Elevated) is achieved when a member spends from $200 – $799 from the time of enrollment through December 31, 2020, and then January 1 and December 31 thereafter. Status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Elevated status in July 2020, their status is valid until December 31, 2021. Once the allotted time is awarded, the guest will need to maintain the minimum spend each calendar year to continue in the tier, otherwise they will be dropped to the tier lower.
Elevated Benefits. Elevated Members enjoy a 25% higher base earning rate (1.25 points for every full 1.00 dollar spent), birthday surprises, yearly surprises, the ability to earn additional bonus points, and double point days (see below for information on double point days). All benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer along with these Terms and Conditions.
The third tier (Empowered) is achieved when a member spends $800 or more between the time of enrollment and December 31 2020, and then January 1 and December 31 thereafter. Status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Empowered status in July 2020, their status is valid until December 31, 2021. Once the allotted time is awarded, the guest will need to maintain the minimum spend each calendar year to continue in the tier, otherwise they will be dropped to the tier lower.
Empowered Benefits. Empowered Members enjoy a 50% higher base earning rate (1.50 points for every 1.00 dollar spent), birthday surprises, yearly surprises, the ability to earn additional bonus points, double and triple point days (see below for information on double and triple point days). All benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer along with these Terms and Conditions.
Points are earned on the net spend of all qualifying service and product purchases. Net spend is defined as the price actually paid for qualifying products and services, less discounts and excluding amounts paid for tips and gratuities, shipping charges, gift cards, memberships/series, and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.
2. Earning Rate
Members earn a minimum of one point for every full one dollar ($1) spent on the purchase of qualifying products or services at any Salon Lisa Brown Salon and on shop.SalonLisaBrown.com product purchases. Purchase amounts are rounded down to the nearest full $1 increment. For example, if a Member spends $19.99, he or she will be deemed to have spent $19.
Elevated Member Points. Elevated member’s earn points based on a base earning rate that is 25% higher at 1.25 points for every full one ($1) dollar spent on qualifying products or services, as described above.
Empowered Member Points. Empowered member’s earn points based on a base earning rate that is 50% higher at 1.5 points for every full one dollar ($1) spent on qualifying products or services, as described above.
3. Birthday Gifts
Each Member with a valid email and birthday entered in his/her account profile at least one week prior to his/her birthday month is eligible to receive a free gift for their birthday; gifts could be additional points or a sample product. For example, if your birthday is in August, you must have your birthday submitted by the last week of July in order to qualify for the birthday gift.
4. Gift Cards
Guests do not earn points on gift card purchases. However, when a Salon Lisa Brown Rewards member makes a qualifying purchase using a gift card as tender, the guest will earn points the same as if the guest had used cash/credit.
5. Double Points Days
As an Elevated and Empowered member, you qualify for Double Point Days. Double point Days are offered at the discretion of Salon Lisa Brown. When earning double points, tier status is not a qualifier. Guests earn 2 bonus points per $1 spent.
6. Triple Point Days
As an Empowered member, you qualify for Triple point days. In addition to Double Point Days you will receive opportunities for Triple Point Days at the discretion of Salon Lisa Brown. When earning triple points, tier status is not a qualifier. Guests earn 3 bonus points per $1 spent.
7. 25 Salon Lisa Brown Rewards Points for Each Review
We encourage our guests to write reviews on their experience with Salon Lisa Brown Collection. By writing a review you are helping our team and other guests with their future purchases. Your review should reflect your experience with the product; insights about its use, and features that you liked. We will approve negative reviews if they are constructive. If you are unhappy with the product, please email reviews@SalonLisaBrown.com and allow us an opportunity to assist you. Reward points are automatically added to your Salon Lisa Brown Rewards account once we’ve confirmed purchase and approved your review. You receive 25 points for each approved review, maximum of 5 reviews (125 points) allowed per month. One approved review will be counted for each product.
8. Timing of the Addition of Points to Accounts
Generally, points are automatically added to a Member’s account within twenty-four (24) hours after completion of the qualifying purchase, though Members should allow up to two weeks for posting of points.
Calculation of Salon Lisa Brown Rewards points is based solely on the purchase price actually paid for qualifying products and services, excluding amounts paid for tips and gratuities, shipping charges, gift cards, and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. Salon Lisa Brown may exclude any products or services from counting as qualifying products or services by disclosing at the point of purchase that such items are excluded. Redemption of merchandise vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, bonuses, discounts, and coupons, including merchandise returns, are not eligible for points. All purchases made by a Member prior to such member joining the Program are not eligible for Program credit, except for same-day enrollment and qualifying service/product purchase.
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return or other credit will be deducted from the Member’s account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. If a member does not have sufficient amount of points in their balance, their account will go into a negative balance. If a member redeems points to acquire an item, and then returns such item, any refund will first be in the form of the number of points used in the original transaction, with only the excess balance, If any, refunded via the form of payment the Member used to pay such balance in the original transaction.
11. Extra Point Promotions
From time to time, Salon Lisa Brown may run certain promotions for extra points. Under these promotions, Members can earn additional or “extra rewards points” for completed actions and purchases. These promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer, along with these Terms and Conditions, and may be offered at any time in Salon Lisa Brown’s sole discretion.
12. Points Disputes
If you believe that a purchase should have resulted in the addition of points to your account, and such points are not posted to your account within two weeks after the purchase (“Points Dispute”), please notify us immediately. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate your Points Dispute so long as you notify us of such dispute within ninety (90) days of the purchase. If you do not notify us within such ninety (90)-day period, you will have waived your right to make a Points Dispute with respect to that purchase. In order for us to undertake an investigation of your Points Dispute, we may require you to provide written confirmation of the dispute. If we do not receive the requested written confirmation at the address and within the time requested by us, we may in our sole discretion determine not to investigate your Points Dispute. Upon completion of our investigation of your Points Dispute, we will have no further responsibilities should you later reassert the same Points Dispute.
13. Points Expiration
Points expire twenty-four (24) months after the date the points were earned by the member. For example, if a member earns 200 points on August 1st, 2020 the points will expire July 31st, 2022. No credit or cash will be given for unused or expired points. Points do not expire for the third tier.
Points earned by a Member may be redeemed for products, services or discounted products and services at a minimum of 200 points. Points cannot be redeemed for purchasing a Gift Card, Gift Card Packages, Membership or Series.
2. Points towards services and products
Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a qualifying service and/or qualifying product free of charge based on the following scale:
• 200 points = $5.00 off
• 500 points = $15.00 off
• 1000 points = $35.00 off
• 1500 points = $55.00 off
• 2000 points = $75.00 off
Points can be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts set forth above. For example, if a Member wants to redeem 700 points, the transaction will allow the member to redeem 500 points and receive $15.00 off the transaction and another 200 points and receive $5.00 off for a total amount of $20.00 off the transaction.
3. Redemption In-Salon
To redeem points towards a purchase, Members must indicate that points are being redeemed prior to making the purchase of the eligible products or services. Members can have more than 2000 points in their bank but is only allowed to redeem a maximum of 2000 points ($75) per day.
4. Gift Cards
Points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
By joining the Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth in these program rules. Salon Lisa Brown reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict Salon Lisa Brown Rewards or any aspect of the program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Salon Lisa Brown may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member’s ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program Terms and Conditions. Salon Lisa Brown reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member’s account based on Salon Lisa Brown’s internal records related to such Member’s account. In the event that there is an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member’s account and the Member’s receipt and Salon Lisa Brown’s internal records, notify the rewards service team to evaluate. Salon Lisa Brown assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Salon Lisa Brown may revoke any Member’s membership in Salon Lisa Brown Rewards at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the program or fails to follow the Terms and Conditions of the program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the program and may affect a Member’s eligibility for participation in any other Salon Lisa Brown program. Salon Lisa Brown Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the program’s Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Salon Lisa Brown.

Please Read This Section Carefully – It May Significantly Affect Your Legal Rights, Including Your Right to File a Lawsuit in Court.
A. Initial Dispute Resolution. We are available at firstname.lastname@example.org to help address any concerns you may have regarding the Services. Most concerns may be quickly resolved in this manner. Member and Salon Lisa Brown agree to use best efforts to settle any disputes disagreement directly through consultation and good faith negotiations which shall be a precondition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration.
B. Agreement to Binding Arbitration. If the parties do not reach an agreed upon solution within a period of thirty (30) days from the time informal dispute resolution is pursued pursuant to Section V(A) above, then either party may initiate binding arbitration. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions (including their formation, performance and breach), the parties’ relationship with each other and/or Salon Lisa Brown’s provision of the Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program shall be finally settled by binding individual arbitration administered on a confidential basis by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class arbitration. Each party will have the right to use legal counsel in connection with arbitration at its own expense. The parties shall select a single neutral arbitrator in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Terms and Conditions is void or voidable. The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity. The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and provide a statement of the essential findings and conclusions, shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.
The JAMS rules governing the arbitration may be accessed at https://www.jamsadr.com/adrrules-procedures. If Member initiates arbitration, to the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds Two Hundred and Fifty U.S. Dollars ($250.00), Salon Lisa Brown will pay the additional cost. If Salon Lisa Brown is required to pay the additional cost of the filing fees, Member should submit a request for payment of fees to JAMS along with Member’s form for initiating the arbitration, and Salon Lisa Brown will make arrangements to pay all necessary fees directly to JAMS. Salon Lisa Brown will also be responsible for paying all other arbitration costs arising in connection with the arbitration. Members will not be required to pay fees and costs incurred by Salon Lisa Brown if Member does not prevail in arbitration.
The parties understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial. They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.
C. Class Action and Class Arbitration Waiver. Member and Salon Lisa Brown each further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in their respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and Member and Salon Lisa Brown each expressly waive their rights to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above in Section 8(B) shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.
D. Exception – Small Claims Court Claims. Notwithstanding the parties’ agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction.
E. 30 Day Right to Opt Out. Member has the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in Sections V(B), (C), and (D) by sending written notice of Member’s decision to opt-out to the following address: info[at]salonlisabrown.com. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of enrolling as Member in the Salon Lisa Brown Rewards program, otherwise Member will be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms of those sections. If Member opts out of these arbitration provisions, Salon Lisa Brown also will not be bound by them.
F. Exclusive Venue for Litigation. To the extent that the arbitration provisions set forth in Section V(B) do not apply, the parties agree that any litigation between them shall be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located in Birmingham, Alabama (except for small claims court actions which may be brought in the county where you reside). The parties expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Birmingham, Alabama for any applicable litigation other than small claims court actions.
