Where are you located?

We are located directly across from McAdory High School, in the Piggly Wiggly Shopping Center. There is plenty of free parking in front of the building!

I'm not sure what service to get

No problem! Schedule a consultation and our trained stylists would be happy to help guide you through the best service options for you and your hair.

Do you service children?

Yes we service all ages!

Do you have promotions?

Yes! We have promotions throughout the year, check out the Promotions on our website to see current promotions and hair packages.

How long will it take to get my hair done?

Most services take at least 90 minutes and include shampoo, deep conditioner, detangle, blowout and styling. Chemical treatments and extensions typically add 2-4 additional hours to a service.

Do you have a Loyalty Program?

Yes, all guests are automatically enrolled! Please check out the Loyalty Rewards to learn more!

POLICY

Cashless
We are cashless now! Please be prepared to have an active credit card on file to schedule appointments/reschedule. The credit card will only be used to process payments for No-Shows if necessary. Another credit card may be used at time of checkout. Please let the front desk know if you need to update the credit card at any time. Stylists are still able to accept cash tips!

No Show/Cancellation Policy
Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to reschedule/cancel. Same Day Cancellations and No Show/No Calls will be assessed a 50% Service Charge/No Show Fee. This fee must be paid before rebooking. All appointments have a (15) minute grace period before they are considered a No Show. Excessive No Shows can result in being blocked from future booking.

Mask Policy
In order to maintain the safest space possible for our staff and guests, masks are encouraged during the duration of the service, unless the service provider has instructed otherwise.

Additional Guests
To maintain minimal capacity, only the guest being serviced should come in for their appointment. Guardians are allowed to accompany children.

Phone Policy
To maintain a peaceful ambiance, we ask that all guests limit phone conversations and use headphones if necessary.

Service Charges
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or adjust service prices.
